AI suggested I come here regarding NC Wallet, so here I am.

The support team lacks communication skills and just blatantly neglects any helpful information for the Users on what the next steps in the KYC Verification process are. They only suggest that I be patient, and that they've sent the documents that I've already sent them to the proper department without any follow up. I've used NC Wallet for the better part of 3 years sending to and from the same wallets every time and never had a real issue, (other than the lack of providing a TxID for sometimes several days before actually processing and completing,) until I finally deposited a decent amount from a casino ($5,000) and then all of the sudden there's a problem and they need to verify my identity, (which it literally says is not required and won't even let you until they flag the KYC Verification, and that I've now been waiting 2 weeks for.) Now, for obvious reasons I'm submitting reviews on Reddit, Trustpilot, Google Play Store and the major social media platforms about the type of trap this wallet is. I will also be reporting to the DFPI if for whatever reason they cease to communicate with me entirely. Like I said, I've never really had a problem with the app and would like to continue using it or at leaat get my funds back, however, I'm not about to just let $5,000 of mine just get taken without doing something about it. I've read a couple of posts that said they were able to get their accounts back, idk on the legitimacy of that, but I would love to be one of them. If anything, this post is more to let the people that may not know that NC Wallet is definitely not the Wallet to store any of your crypto if you want to have control of your funds. Learn from mine and many others mistakes..
