PRO Merchant status removed

Howdy Binance, I'm writing right here because the chat help is just not very useful.

I'm a professional merchant on Binance for greater than 2 years, I have over 48,000 complete P2P trades and have constructive suggestions of 98.13%.

I used to be off boarded from merchant program with none cause, I am literally begging the help on chat to tell me the rationale so if I feel I'm responsible of any incorrect doings I might stop sending them messages but they hold copy pasting templates that they can't present me a cause.

That is cruelty, you took away my fundamental source of revenue from me and not even offering me a cause or a chance for any clarification.

Kindly please speak with the help chat and help me with this challenge.
