Howdy, i’m planning on promoting an previous iphone that i used binance on before, that account was then used on a new telephone but acquired suspended by Binance. My question is, if i sell the previous iphone, will binance detect that a suspended binance account was used on it before and HWID ban new accounts opened on it, if the new owner determine to make use of their account?
