SafePal Swap Failure – Funds Lost – Help Ignoring Case – Want Steerage

Good day everyone,

I am sharing my expertise to warn customers and seek steerage.

I carried out a swap using SafePal inner swap system:

BTC → BNB → DOG (Runes)

Order ID: 10036e31-efaa-3892-ddd9-2e638fb57bae

In the course of the transaction, my BTC was debited, however the DOG (Runes) tokens have been never credited to my wallet.

Despite multiple detailed help requests, SafePal keeps sending generic responses, with out addressing the technical proof, transaction hash, or providing any decision timeline.

This appears to be a platform operational failure, not consumer error.

Has anybody confronted comparable points with SafePal swaps?

What is the greatest escalation path to get well funds?
