Is this normal slippage or did IC Markets screw up???

Had a 0.6 lot XAUUSD buy with entry at 4469.08 and an SL at 4468.88.

Gold then absolutely nuked during the move on Sept 4. My position was eventually closed at 4424.52, so I lost $2,673.60.

Basically, my SL was only 20 cents below my entry, but I ended up getting filled about $44 below my SL.
I understand slippage can happen during crazy volatility, but is $44 of slippage on XAUUSD actually normal/possible? Or does this look like something went wrong with the broker’s execution?

Also, the trade was opened at 15:09:01 but didn’t close until 15:30:08, which seems odd to me.

I’m with IC Markets. Would you guys consider this normal during a move like this, or should I contact them and ask for the execution/tick data?
