Bitget is letting users transfer existing US stocks and ETFs directly into crypto rTokens without selling first... Will This Bring more Liquidity to crypto?

Saw yesterday that Bitget launched a transfer option for more than 3,000 eligible US stocks and ETFs and users can request a free transfer from their brokerage to Bitget’s designated account.

From my understanding, it will take about 10 business days before it arrives, only then they convert into rTokens in the spot account.

Curious whether anyone has actually moved holdings this way and what the real-world experience is with the transfer timing, which names are actually liquid once tokenized, and how useful the rTokens have been so far.
