How to give out sats for Halloween with printed ecash tokens

This guy has been printing ecash tokens (cashu, not Sztorc fork) and using them to give out bitcoin on Halloween for the past few years. This year, thanks to the gods of vibe-coding, he has made a website so you can do the same thing!

He's got a pretty good flow:

when someone scans a card with their phone camera, they get a temporary wallet right out of the gate with the sats already in it. There is no app or sign-up. Then, with one tap, they can move the sats to a wallet they own (Coinos, Strike, Wallet of Satoshi, Cash App, anything with a Lightning address).
